C l.q •• se 12 Facility, on City of Little Rock property to serve Little Rock customers, and 13 WHEREAS, the easement requested is 20 feet in width and 20 feet in length and 14 located on Jones Street in the City of Little Rock. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. 17 Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a gas 18 utility easement to Centerpoint Energy Arkla for the purpose of construction of meter 19 houses or other appurtenances, including Cathodic Protection Facility, to serve Little 20 Rock customers, said easement being 20 feet in width and 20 feet in length and located 21 on Jones Street in the City of Little Rock. 22 Section 2. In the event that the City should require future relocations of gas line 23 facilities for roadway, other construction, or for any public purpose designated by the 24 City, such relocation shall be at the expense of Centerpoint Energy Arkla. 25 Section 3. Severability. Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
