RESOLUTION NO. 11,447
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
GARVER, LLC FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION MABELVALE
CUTOFF, FAIRWOOD TO SHILOH
WHEREAS, Improvements are needed on Mabelvale Cutoff to improve safety, traffic flow and
enhance pedestrian access,
AND, Garver, LLC was selected through a Request for Qualifications process to provide engineering
services for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract and execute an agreement
with Garver LLC for the design of improvements to Mabelvale Cutoff (Fairwood to Shiloh).
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from 304 - 220 -11265. Amount for engineering
Services: $105,495.21 ($95,904.75 plus 10% contingencies).
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
