WHEREAS, property owners who claim to be all of the owners of record title of real property located within a proposed municipal property owners improvement dis- trict as described in Exhibit A, and WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held prior to the creation of this district, which is to be known as Chenal Valley Municipal Property Owners Multi- Purpose Im- provement District No. 14, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The Board of Directors shall conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room on the second floor of City Hall at 500 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, on Tuesday, January 21, 2003, on the question of whether to approve the creation of Chenal Valley Municipal Property Owners Multi- Purpose Improvement District No. 14 all person wishing to be heard on this issue will be heard at that time. Section 2. The basic description of the boundaries for this proposed district are attached as Exhibit A to this resolution, and the basic list of improvements is attached as Exhibit B. y °OOO e'�Qyyoaooel Section 3. Repealer.
