A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF
EMINENT DOMAIN ON THE MABELVALE
PIKE PROJECT (ASHER AVENUE TO 35Tu
STREET AND 497° STREET TO GUM
SPRINGS).
WHEREAS, attempts to acquire right -of -way necessary for construction of the Mabelvale Pike
Project (Asher Avenue to 35`h Street and 491h Street to Gum Springs) have been unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, we will continue to attempt to acquire necessary property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to use eminent domain to complete acquisition of right -of -way
for this project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this property is available in account 301- 220 -0056.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
