RESOLUTION NO. 11,395
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
McV, INC. FOR STREETSCAPING
IMPROVEMENTS ALONG 4"{ AND FERRY
STREETS
WHEREAS, streetscape improvements are needed along the north side of 4`h Street from Commerce
to Ferry Street and along the east side of Ferry Street between 3`d and 4d' Streets to improve safety and
enhance pedestrian access,
AND, McV, Inc. submitted the lowest bid meeting specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract and execute an agreement
with McV, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $371,910.00 ($338,100 plus 10% contingencies) for the
construction of streetscaping improvements on 4`h Street between Commerce and Ferry Streets and
along Ferry Street from 3`d Street to 4d' Streets.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from interest earnings on bond funds.
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
