RESOLUTION NO. 11,364
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
COBAR CONTRACTING, INCORPORATED FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO 11TH STREET
WHEREAS, improvements are needed on I Ith Street from Park Street to Jones Street to improve
safety, traffic flow and enhance pedestrian access,
AND, Cobar Contracting, Inc. submitted the lowest bid meeting specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract and execute an agreement
with Cobar Contracting, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $347,831.00 ($316,210.22 plus 10%
contingencies) for the construction of improvements to 11th Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from 108 Loan Fund proceeds .
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
