RESOLUTION NO. 11,361
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING TO VACATE AND
ABANDON A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 2 R, UNIVERSITY
AND "H" STREET ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the applicant requests the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to vacate and abandon a Utility Easement located in Lot 2R, University and
"H" Street Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION
The hearing of said petition shall b held at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the
17th day of September 2002.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is herby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
