A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND RE- APPOINTMENTS
TO THE CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, COMMUNITY HOUSING
ADVISORY BOARD, HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION,
MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION, AND
THE LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the respective
Boards and Commissions:
CITY BEAUTIFUL
John Beneke, appointed to serve a term left vacant by the resignation of Billie Callaway, said term
expiring October 19, 2002.
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Arthur "Otto' Williams, appointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring June 2, 2005.
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Marshall Peters, appointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring June 15, 2005.
MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION
Jason Hendren, reinstated to complete a previously appointed term, said term expiring February 21, 2005.
Rick Comer, reinstated to complete a previously appointed term, said term expiring February 21, 2004.
LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mike Maulden, reappointed to serve a five -year term, said term expiring July 6, 2007.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
