A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR
PLACEMENT OF A MULTISECTIONAL MANUFACTURED
HOME ON THE R -2 ZONED PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10709 STAGECOACH ROAD (Z- 7159).
WHEREAS, an application was filed by Walter G. Riddick, III
with the Little Rock Planning Commission for a conditional use
permit to allow for placement of a multisectional manufactured
home on the R -2 zoned property located at 10709 Stagecoach Road;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its April
11, 2002 meeting, approved the application for a conditional use.
permit subject to compliance with certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined
that action to be inappropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning
Commission in approving a conditional use permit to allow for
placement of a multisectional manufactured home on the R -2 zoned
property located at 10709 Stagecoach Road is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. Said conditional use permit is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
