WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has been committed to prevention, intervention, and treatment programs to enhance public safety, community- building, and youth development; and, WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock released Requests for Proposals to obtain organizations to provide community -based intensive case management and services for targeted populations in midtown and southwest Little Rock; and, WHEREAS, a selection committee reviewed the proposals, determined the lowest responsible bidders, and recommended the following programs for contract awards: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The following programs are awarded contracts for the provision of community -based intensive case management and services for targeted youth populations in midtown and southwest communities, subject to successful contract negotiations with the City: Little Rock Boys & Girls Clubs (Bill Catherine's House (Midtown) Step Up Support Center (Southwest) TOTAL Operations Unit) (Midtown) $36,573 36,573 36,573 $109,720 SECTION 2. The contract terms shall be for from July 1, 2002, to June 30, 2003. SECTION 3.
