A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE
PROVISION OF COMMUNITY -BASED INTENSIVE CASE
MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES FOR TARGETED
POPULATIONS IN MIDTOWN AND SOUTHWEST
LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has been committed to prevention, intervention, and
treatment programs to enhance public safety, community- building, and youth development; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock released Requests for Proposals to obtain
organizations to provide community -based intensive case management and services for targeted
populations in midtown and southwest Little Rock; and,
WHEREAS, a selection committee reviewed the proposals, determined the lowest
responsible bidders, and recommended the following programs for contract awards:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following programs are awarded contracts for the provision of
community -based intensive case management and services for targeted youth populations in
midtown and southwest communities, subject to successful contract negotiations with the City:

SECTION 2. The contract terms shall be for from July 1, 2002, to June 30, 2003.
