A RESOLUTION RE- APPOINTING ALMA
MINTON WILLIAMS TO THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS, CENTRAL ARKANSAS
WATER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named person is hereby appointed as members of the
respective Board and Commission:
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Alma Minton Williams, re- appointed to serve a seven -year term, said term expiring
July 30, 2009.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
