RESOLUTION NO. 11,296
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON ALL OF KENTUCKY STREET LYING
EAST AND NORTH OF CANTRELL ROAD (STATE HIGHWAY #10)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Kentucky Street lying
East and North of Cantrell Road (State Highway #10) described more particularly as follows:
That part of Kentucky Street lying between Block 4 of Abram's
Subdivision of Block 3, 4 and 6 of Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest
Park Addition AND Block 5 of Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park
Addition, all lying East of and North of Cantrell Road (Arkansas State
Highway 410) right of way, all in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
Subject to any reservation of easements for public utilities and drainage as stated
in the ordinance of abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock (6:00 p.m.) On
the 4th day of June 2002.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and have in general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
