A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE BLACK STREET BETWEEN ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY 10 AND
ARNOLD STREETS IN JOSEPHINE PANKEY'S EXTENSION OF HER THIRD ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas on the 9th day of October, 2001, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon black
Street between Arkansas State Highway 10 and Arnold Streets in Josephine Pankey's Extension of her
Third Addition to the City of little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Plat Book 2, page 111, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however to certain public utility easements that will remain in said rights of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF. LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the
City Hall at 6:00 o'clock PM on the 20th day of November 2001.
SECTION 2. The City clerk is herby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
