RESOLUTION NO. 11,065
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH ETHEL MURRY AS PART OF THE TORNADO DISASTER
REBUILD TARGETED NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT PLAN TO
RENOVATE A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 2118 SOUTH CROSS
STREET, IN THE APPROVED TORNADO DISASTER REBUILD TNEP AREA.
WHEREAS, Ethel Murry will renovate and reside in the structure at 2118 South Cross
Street; and
WHEREAS, the renovation will encompass the interior and exterior of the structure with
a project cost of $32,650.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Ethel Murry for
the renovation of the residence at 2118 South Cross Street in the approved Tornado
Disaster Rebuild TNEP area.
SECTION 2. This action authorizes a $6,530.00 contract between the City of Little
Rock, and Ethel Murry to support renovation activities at 2118 South Cross Street in the
Tornado Disaster Rebuild TNEP area.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
