A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $147,739 FOR SOUTH COUNTRY CLUB
BOULEVARD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, A
1998 REVENUE BOND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1998 Revenue Bond Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Township Builders,
in the amount of $147,739 ($134,309 plus 10% contingency) for South Country Club Blvd. Drainage
Improvements.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from accounts 304 - 220 -A251 and 304 -220 -A 133.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
