A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF REPLACEMENT
COMMISSIONER TO BOARD OF IMPROVEMENT OF WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 141 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 141 of little Rock was'
duly and properly established by Little Rock City Ordinance No. 15,504 dated June 29,
1988.
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of a commissioner on the District's Board of
improvement for no longer owning real property in the District, a vacancy exists on the
District's Board and such vacancy should be filled in order that the District can better
perform its intended purposes.
WHEREAS, the District's Board has, by proper resolution, appointed Gus Blass,
III, an owner of real property in the District, who is recognized as a gentleman of high
integrity and accomplished business judgment, as a replacements commissioner to the
District's Board.
Accordingly,
"BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock that the appointment of Gus Blass, III, as a commissioner to the
Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 141 of Little Rock, Arkansas
Board of Improvement is herby approved."
