A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE DEED FOR THE TRANSFER OF CITY OWNED
VACANT LOT TO DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, this lot is vacant and is excess property
WHEREAS, this lot must be maintained by the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for the transfer of lot
described as S '/2 of Lot 10, Block 414 Duvall's Addition to City of Little Rock. Lot has an
address of 1802 Rock Street.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
