RESOLUTION NO. 11,023
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF EMINENT
DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR 6 T
STREET RAILROAD UNDERPASS DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, attempts to acquire temporary construction easement necessary for 6`h Street Railroad
underpass Drainage Improvements project have been unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, we will continue to attempt to acquire the necessary temporary construction easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City is authorized to use eminent domain to complete acquisition of temporary
construction easement.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
