RESOLUTION NO. 10,892
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ARKANSAS EXCAVATING, INC.
TO DEMOLISH AND REMOVE CONDEMNED STRUCTURES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
Arkansas Excavating, Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $67,700.00, for the demolition and removal of twenty-seven structures
condemned by the Board of Directors on July 18, 2000, Ordinance 18,316.
Section 2. Funding for this project is available from 210 - 216 -0597 and
210 - 216 -A378.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
