A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT
OF MS. ADA BROOKS TO SERVE AS RESIDENT
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE LITTLE ROCK
HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ms. Ada Brooks (Resident Representative) is hereby
appointed as a member to the Little Rock Housing Authority Board of Commissioners,
replacing Ms. Delois Cole, said term expiring October 24, 2005.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.

Vacancies on Municipal Housing Authority Boards, Act 77 of the Acts of the General
