RESOLUTION NO. 10,843
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMITTAL
OF ADDITIONAL -2001 TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP),
FINANCIAL CENTRE STUDY AND WAR
MEMORIAL BIKE LANES & SIDEWALK.
WHEREAS, recommended 2001 TIP was prepared and prioritized by Department of Public Works;
and
WHEREAS, two additional projects are included in this year's submission; and
WHEREAS, Transportation Equity Act for 21 Century (TEA21) funding process requires a
competitive analysis of all projects submitted within identified urbanized boundaries; and,
WHEREAS, if Little Rock is successful in competing for additional projects, a match of $56,000 will
be required if both projects selected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to submit additional 2001 Transportation Improvement
Program (TIP) for Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
