A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE
WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF .LITTLE
ROCK TO UTILIZE FEDERAL AID MONIES
FOR GEYER SPRINGS RAIL GRADE
SEPARATION.
WHEREAS, City of Little Rock understands Federal High Priority Project funds are available for
certain city projects at the following federal participating ratios: Federal Share 80% -City Match 20 %.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City will participate in accordance with its designated responsibilities including
maintenance of this project.
SECTION 2. City Manager or designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute all appropriate
agreements and contracts necessary to expedite the construction of this City project.
SECTION 3. City pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the Arkansas State Highway and
Transportation Department to initiate action to implement projects.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
