10825p RESOLUTION NO. 10,825 A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION IN DENYING A REVISED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO USE AN EXISTING RESIDENTIAL HOUSE FOR CHURCH CLASSROOMS LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY AT 8808 BYRON STREET (Z- 5966 -B). WHEREAS, an application was filed, by Pat McGetrick with the Little Rock Planning Commission for a revised conditional use permit to allow for use of an existing residential house for church classrooms for the Barrow Road Church of Christ on R -2 zoned property located at 8808 Byron Street; and, WHEREAS, the Little Rock March 30, 2000 meeting, denied conditional use permit; and, Planning Commission, at its the application for a revised WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined that action to be inappropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission in denying an application for a revised conditional use permit to allow for use of an existing residential house on R -2 zoned property located at 8808 Byron Street is hereby rescinded. SECTION 2. Said revised conditional use permit is hereby approved. SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
