WHEREAS, West Park Meadows has approached the City about abandoning a street right -of -way adjacent to their property and selling the property to them at fair market value, and WHEREAS, this street right -of -way was closed by ordinance of the Little Rock Board of Directors, and NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LITTLE ROCK CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS: SECTION 1: The City of Little Rock Board of Directors authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a warranty deed for the conveyance of land to the Westpark Meadows Limited Partnership for $350.
