RESOLUTION NO. 10,821
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH FLYNCO, INC., IN
THE AMOUNT OF $161,326 FOR
CAPITOL AVENUE STREETSCAPE.
WHEREAS, this is a continuation of Capitol Avenue Streetscape.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
FLYNCO, INC., lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $161,326
($146,660 plus 10% contingency) for Capitol Avenue Streetscape, north half of Rock to
Cumberland.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 210 - 220 -0540.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
