RESOLUTION NO. in 870
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH JEFCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN
THE AMOUNT OF $469,156 FOR POTTER
WHITFIELD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, this program was selected by citizens as 1995 Surplus Funds Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to JEFCO
Construction, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $469,156
($426,506, plus contingency) for construction of Potter Whitfield Drainage Improvements.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 210 - 220 -0504.
