RESOLUTION NO. 10,815
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH JEFCO
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$357,566 FOR JERRY, JEROME, AND SHEPARD DRIVE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, A 1998 REVENUE BOND
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1998 Revenue Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to JEFCO
Construction Company, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $357,566
($325,060 plus 10% contingency) for Jerry, Jerome, and Shepard Drive Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 304 - 220 -AI43.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
