A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SEWER EASEMENTS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION BY LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER
UTILITY OF SEWER LINES ON CITY PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN PULASKI COUNTY AT: (1) SOUTHERN
PORTION OF KANIS PARK; (2) LOTS 7 -12 OF THE
JOSEPHINE PANKEY'S SECOND ADDITION; AND, (3)
NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 15, WEST END
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Little Rock
the City of Little Rock
certain sewer lines on
Southern portion of Kanis
Pankey's Second Addition;
West End Subdivision; and,
Wastewater utility has requested that
convey an easement for placement of
city -owned properties located at (1)
Park; (2) Lots 7 -12 of the Josephine
and, (3) Northwest corner of Block 15,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of the City to grant these
easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute these sewer easements at the request of
the Little Rock Wastewater Utility in a form approved by the
City Attorney for the construction of these sewer lines over
city -owned properties located at (1) Southern portion of Kanis
Park; (2) Lots 7 -12 of the Josephine Pankey's Second Addition;
and, (3) Northwest corner of Block 15, West End Subdivision;
all within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Described as commencing at the NW corner of Block 15, West End Subdivision; thence S 030 06'29" W for
a distance of 7.5 feet; thence S 870 30'35" E for a distance of 190.4 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S 870 30'35* E for a distance of 21.79 feet; thence S 640 10' 40" E for a distance of 57.89 feet to the point
of termination.
