1 RESOLUTION NO. 10,805
2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
3 EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH JOHN T. WRIGHT
4 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
5 CONSTRUCTING A NEW AFFORDABLE HOME AT 2215
6 SINGLETON COVE.
7 WHEREAS, the City has funds available for the construction of a new affordable home at
8 2215 Singleton Cove; and
9 WHEREAS, an agreement has been reach for construction of this home with John T. Wright
10 Construction Company.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with John T.
14 Wright Construction Company in the amount of Seventy -three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty and
15 no /100 Dollars ($73,580.00) to construct a new affordable home at 2215 Singleton Cove.
16 Section 2. Funds are available from the CDBG program, Neighborhood Housing Services
17 (NHS) program income account, #210 - NHS -A056.
