A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE DEEDS FOR THE SALE AND DEDICATION OF
A CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO ARKANSAS HIGHWAY
COMMISION ON LA HARPE BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, this property was not conveyed in 1966
WHEREAS, this property has had highway improvements made in past
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for dedication to
Arkansas Highway Commission a portion of La Harpe (legal description attached) for purposes of
construction of changes to La Harpe to accommodate needs of Chamber of Commerce Building.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
