RESOLUTION NO. 10,797
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
TRANSYSTEMS CORPORATION, FOR
TRAFFIC SAFETY STUDIES FOR FIVE
INTERSECTIONS.
WHEREAS, City received a grant to conduct traffic safety studies of five intersections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THF,
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an engineering services contract
with Transystems Corporation in the amount of $100,000 ($91,000 plus contingency) for traffic
safety studies for Markham and Shackleford, Bowman and Chenal, Cantrell and University,
Markham and Chenal, and Asher and University.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 210- 220 -A466.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
