A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR A MULTI - SECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME TO BE
LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14200 ALEXANDER ROAD
(Z- 6779).
WHEREAS, an application was filed, by Bobby Zimmerebner with the
Little Rock Planning Commission for a conditional use permit to allow
for placement of a multi - sectional manufactured home on R -2 zoned
property located at 14200 Alexander Road; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its January 6,
2000 meeting, approved the application with certain restrictions and
conditions; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined that
action to be inappropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission in
approving an application for a conditional use permit to allow for
placement of a multi - sectional manufactured home on R -2 zoned property
located at 14200 Alexander Road is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. Said conditional use permit is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
