RESOLUTION NO. 10,772
• RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MR. WOOTEN EPES AS
• COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Mr. Wooten Epes was appointed to the Housing Authority
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on November 4, 1992, to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. Carleton McMullin; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wooten Epes was reappointed to the Housing Authority
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on December 20, 1999, for a full five year
term expiring October 24, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 14- 169 -208, has
recommended to the City of Little Rock that Mr. Wooten Epes be reappointed for
a five (5) year term as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mr. Wooten Epes is hereby reappointed as a Commissioner
of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a five (5) year
term expiring October 24, 2004.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
