A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CAPITAL FORD
NEW HOLLAND IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,489.36 FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) TRACTOR WITH 3 -GANG
FLAIL MOWER FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
Capital Ford New Holland in the amount of $55,489.36 for the purchase of one (1)
tractor with 3 -gang flail mower for the Parks and Recreation Department.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 600 -360-
6020 -6021- 7060 -10.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
