A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE "R" STREET BETWEEN
POLK AND TAYLOR STREETS IN MOUNTAIN PARK
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 22nd day of November, 1999, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon all of "R" Street between Polk and Taylor Streets abutting Block 4
and Block 13 of Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 80, Page 86,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public
utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of January,
2000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
