3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH LANDERS FORD IN THE
5 AMOUNT OF $370,057 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
6 EIGHTEEN (18) FULL SIZE POLICE PURSUIT SEDANS FOR
7 THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT.

9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Landers
12 Ford in the amount of $370,057 for the purchase of eighteen (18) full size police pursuit
13 sedans for the Little Rock Police Department.
14 SECTION 2. Funding for this purchase is available in account number 600 -360-
15 6020 -6021- 7060 -10 FY2000.
16 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
17 adoption. -
