6 CORPORATION (CDC) FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THREE
7 (3) SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES LOCATED AT 1420
8 MARSHALL, 1706 MARSHALL, AND 1611 BATTERY
9 STREETS IN THE CENTRAL HIGH TARGETED
10 NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT PLAN (TNEP) AREA.

12 WHEREAS, the Central Little Rock Community Development Corporation will
13 construct three 1,540 square feet, 3 bedroom 2 bath single family residences, each with
14 a single car garage, in the Central High TNEP area; and
15 WHEREAS, this action authorizes three separate contracts for services to be
16 executed at purchase closing between the City of Little Rock and the three
17 homebuyer /occupants to support Central Little Rock CDC's construction of three single
18 family residences in the Central High TNEP area.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
20 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
21 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to allocate $39,732 to the Central Little
22 Rock Community Development Corporation (CDC) for construction of three (3) single
23 family residences located at 1420 Marshall, 1706 Marshall, and 1611 Battery Streets in the
24 Central High Targeted Neighborhood Enhancement Plan (TNEP) area.
25 SECTION 2. The $39,732 in TNEP support represents 17.32% of the $229,402
26 total project cost.
27 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
28 adoption.
