A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REPROGRAMMING
OF $140,000 FROM THE HOUSING
PARTNERSHIP /LANDBANK AUTHORITY PROJECT
ACCOUNT TO CREATE A NEW PROJECT ACCOUNT, FY
1999 CATEGORY ONE DEMOLITION; AUTHORIZING THE
FINANCE DEPARTMENTTO CREATETHE NEWACCOUNT
AND TRANSFER FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Community Housing Advisory Board (CHAB) is an official City of
Little Rock Commission created as a result of the FUTURE Little Rock citizen participation
process; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of CHAB is to support housing revitalization, review
programs and policies affecting housing, and to provide recommendations for City Board
consideration; and
WHEREAS, the category one Demolition Project was designated as a priority in the
Board of Directors' August 24, 1999, Critical Needs Workshop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to reprogram $140,000 from the
Housing Partnersh ip/Land bank Authority project account, to create a new project account,
FY 1999 Category One Demolition, and authorizing the Finance Department to create the
new account and transfer funds.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from the Housing
Partnership /Landbank Authority project account.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
