A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS DEDICATING
A PORTION OF FIVE (5) CITY OWNED LOTS TO
ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION. AND
TO GRANT TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department is constructing improvements
on Asher Avenue and
WHEREAS, City is responsible for acquiring necessary right -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute dedication deeds and grant temporary
construction easements. The properties are located at 8121, 8717, 9007, 9217 Asher Avenue and 5105
Stagecoach Road.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
