A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH JOYNER FORD
BURKE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,156,775 FOR FAIR PARK, ASHER TO 30T" STREET.

Whereas, this program was selected by citizens as a 1998 Capital Improvement Bond
and a 1995 Transportation Improvement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a
contract to Joyner Ford Burke Construction Company, the lowest bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $1,156,775 ($1,051,614, plus 10%
contingency) for Fair Park, Asher to 30 °i Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for this City Match on this project is available from accounts
215- 220 -0641 and 304 - 220 -A121.
