A RESOLUTION APPROVING
SUBMITTAL OF PROJECTS FOR Jr 4
ARKANSAS TRANSPORTATION
ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM.
Whereas, recommended projects were prepared by Department of Public Works; and
Whereas, four projects are included in this year's submission; Scott Hamilton, Avery
to Baseline Sidewalks, Railroad Bridges Pedestrian conversion, Cantrell Road Pedestrian
Overpass at Tyler Street, and South University Avenue, Asher to Forbing Road lighting.
Whereas, a total of approximately $6.6 million in projects will be selected during this
process,
Whereas, if Little Rock is successful in competing for available funds, a maximum
match of approximately $300,000 will be required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. City Manager is authorized to submit Projects for Arkansas
Transportation Enhancement Program.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after it's
adoption.
