A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE NOMINATION
AND APPOINTMENT OF MR. STEVEN B.
LAMPKIN AS HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATOR
MEMBER TO THE LITTLE ROCK AMBULANCE
AUTHORITY, REPLACING MR. EARL PAUL. 504
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists due to the expiration of Mr. Earl Paul's term (July
5, 1999), as Health Care Administrator.
WHEREAS, members of the Little Rock, Arkansas Emergency Medical Health
Care Facilities Board (also known as Little Rock Ambulance Authority), met on July 27,
1999, in executive session, interviewed several applicants and voted to recommend that
Mr. Steven B. Lampkin fill the vacant position of Health Care Administrator, on the
Little Rock Ambulance Authority.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Ambulance Authority recommends that Mr. Steven
B. Lampkin of Baptist Health be appointed to fill the vacant position of Health Care
Administrator.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Steven B. Lampkin of Baptist Health be appointed by the
Little Rock City Board of Directors to fill the vacant position of Health Care
Administrator, replacing Mr. Earl Paul, said term expiring July 5, 2004.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
