3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
4 TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PLASTIC OMNIUM
5 ZARN, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $76,300 FOR THE 4 5
6 PURCHASE OF TWO THOUSAND (2,000) NINETY (90)
7 GALLON SOLID WASTE CONTAINERS FOR THE PUBLIC
8 WORKS SOLID WASTE DIVISION.

10 WHEREAS, these containers are needed for delivery to new customers, customers
1 I requesting additional containers, and replacement for damaged or stolen containers.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
13 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Plastic Omnium
15 Zarn, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, in the amount of $76,300 for the purchase of two
16 thousand (2,000) ninety (90) gallon solid waste containers.
17 SECTION 2. Funding for this purchase is available in account number 603 - 220 - 2110 -7119.
18 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
