A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WYLES ONE STOP,
INC., TO DEMOLISH AND REMOVE FOUR TORNADO
DESTROYED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES. 4 61
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Wyles One Stop,
Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $16,990 for demolition and
removal of four tornado destroyed structures at the following addresses:
• 2415 Cross Street
• 1023 East 8d' Street
• 1304 West 30'h Street
• 3206 Marshall Street
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available account number 210 - 220 -A283 -6081.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
