TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WARRIOR OF
ARKANSAS IN THE AMOUNT OF $101,503.22 FOR THE �
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 344H WHEEL 4-56 _

LOADER FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, this is a replacement purchase for (1) one 1986 Ford Loader.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Warrior of
Arkansas, in the amount of $101,503.22 for the purchase of one John Deere 344H Wheel Loader
for the Parks and Recreation Department.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 600- 360 - 6020 -6021-
7060 -10.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
