A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS FOR THE SALE OF A
CITY OWNED WEED LOT AT 1706 MARSHALL
STREET TO MRS. GLORIA BAKER.
WHEREAS, this lot is 34 feet by 140 feet and is not of buildable size; and
WHEREAS, the prospective purchaser is Mrs. Gloria Baker who owns the lots
adjoining the above described lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute contracts and
deeds to sell the weed lot described as North 14 Feet of Lot 19 and the South 20 Feet of Lot
11, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
