A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CDBG SECTION 108 LOAN TO
INCLUDE FOUR (4) ELIGIBLE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS TO
REPLACE THE MADISON HEIGHTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Madison Heights project was completed using 1998 revenue bond funds
due to required time frames for construction; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Section 108 loan deleting the Madison Heights
Project and adding other eligible infrastructure projects totaling $700,000; and
WHEREAS, the CDBG and Housing Programs Division convened the Consolidated Planning
Committee to select the alternative infrastructure projects from the revenue bond list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Section 108 loan is amended to include eligible infrastructure projects
from the revenue bond list to replace the Madison Heights project. The projects are as follows:
1. 11"' Street (Park to Jones) $218,750
2. West 31" Street (Arch to State) $109,375
3. Plateau Ditch - Phase I $218,750
4. South Martin (W. 23th to W. 17'h) $153.125
Total $700,000
