A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
THE AMERCIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
CITIZEN'S GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,283, passed by the Board of Directors on October
1, 1995, created this Committee to hear citizen complaints alleging discrimination, by
reason of disability, in programs or activities sponsored by the City and,
WHEREAS, the qualifications of each member are as follows: two individuals
with disabilities, two service providers with knowledge of technology affecting the
disabled, and one architect.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed as
members of the Americans with Disabilities Act Citizen's Grievance Committee:

Mr. Michael Triplett
Mr. Barry M. Vuletich
Service Providers:
Ms. Cindy Alberding
Dr. Thomas Eans
Architect:
Mr. Ron Woods

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
