A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO ARKANSAS ARTS
CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES, CENTRAL
ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY, EDUCATION
COMMISSION, HISTORIC DISTRICT
COMMISSION, HOUSING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS, LITTLE ROCK
PORT AUTHORITY, RACIAL AND CULTURAL
DIVERSITY COMMISSION, AND LITTLE ROCK
SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed or
reappointed as members of the respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The following individuals are hereby reappointed, terms expiring June 30, 2003:
Greg Barnes
Letty McAdams
Dr. Alonzo Williams
Monty Scott
The following individuals are hereby appointed, terms expiring June 30, 2003:

Mr. Mike Pierce (New Futures Representative), appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Dorothy Nayles, said term expiring November 1, 1999 and to serve a
three year term expiring November 1, 2002.
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Mr. John Greer, Jr .(Architect), reappointed to a three year term, expiring June 15,
2002.
HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
Ms. Sharlett Craig, reappointed to a four year term expiring August 1, 2003.
LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mr. Larry Alman, appointed to a five year term, replacing Mr. James Cobb, said
term expiring July 6, 2004.
RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Ms. Willa Black Sanders (Ward 7), appointed to serve the unexpired term of Mr.
Thomas Choi, said term expiring March 3, 2001.
Ms. Lydia Specht (Ward 1), appointed to serve the unexpired term of Ms. Marla
Johnson, said term expiring March 3, 2001.
LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE
Mr. Patrick Miller, reappointed to a four year term, expiring August 1, 2003.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
