DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
Diamond International, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $94,150
for the purchase of one (1) 25 cubic yard high compaction refuse truck for the Solid Waste
Collection Division.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 603 -220- 2110 -7060
(10), the Enterprise Fund.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
